The creator claims their page
They sign up, pick their everyl.ink name, and own the profile on their own account. - 2
The creator gives your agency access
In their profile's Settings → Team access, the creator adds your agency by its Everylink account email and chooses Can edit content (blocks, text, images, layout) or Can manage settings (content plus the profile URL and who pays). - 3
You manage the page
Client pages show up under Clients in your dashboard, marked Agency. Open one and edit it like your own. Your account's API keys work on client profiles too.

Questions agencies ask.
- Who owns the profile?
- The creator. The profile stays on their account. Your agency gets access to it; you never own it.
- Can a creator remove our access?
- Yes, at any time, with Remove access in their profile's Settings → Team access. Once it's removed, your account and your API keys can no longer reach that profile.
- Who pays for the profile?
- The creator pays $9/month per profile by default. If you have Manage access, you can move that bill to your agency account, and the creator can move it back. If the creator removes your access while you're paying, the bill goes back to them.
- How does a creator give us access?
- They open their profile's Settings → Team access and add your agency's Everylink account email. You'll find the email to share on your account page, in the Agency access card.
- What does the agency add-on do?
- It's $30/month on your account and it's required before a creator can give your agency access to their profile.
- Can we use our own tools?
- Yes. Create API keys in your account settings. A key acts as your agency account, so it works on every profile you've been given access to. Prefer code for access too? Creators can grant it with POST /profiles/:profileId/grants/by-email, change it with PATCH /profiles/:profileId/grants/:grantId, and remove it with DELETE; GET /delegated lists your client profiles.
