Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 30, 2026
These terms explain the rules for using Everylink — what we provide, what you pay, and what we both agree to. We've kept them short and in plain English.
1. The service
Everylink lets you build a public link-in-bio page (a “profile”) at everyl.ink/yourname or on your own domain, made of blocks such as links, text, images, maps, videos and social links. You can manage profiles in the dashboard or through our API, and see visit and click statistics for your pages.
These terms are an agreement between you and Everylink (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use Everylink on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you can bind it to these terms.
2. Your account
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You must give a real, permanent email address (we block disposable addresses) and be at least 16 years old.
You are responsible for everything done through your account and its API keys. Tell us at support@everyl.ink if you think your account has been compromised.
3. Subscription and billing
- Every account is free for its first year (365 days from when you create the account). You don't need a card to start.
- After the free year, each profile costs $9 per month. Your subscription quantity is the number of profiles you pay for; adding a profile mid-cycle is prorated.
- The optional agency add-on costs $30 per month and lets your account accept delegated access to other people's profiles.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices exclude any taxes that apply to you. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
- If a payment fails we give you a 5-day grace period. If it is still unpaid after that, your profiles are unpublished — their pages stop being available — until the account is paid up. Your content is kept, and your pages come back once payment goes through.
- You can update your payment method, see invoices and cancel at any time from the billing section of your account page (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancelling stops future renewals; we don't refund partial months unless the law requires it.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the change applies from your next billing period.
4. Your content
You own what you put on Everylink — text, images, links and other material (“your content”). Profiles are public by design: anyone with the address can view them.
You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, resize, cache and display your content only as needed to run and improve the service (for example, serving your page from our edge network and generating previews). The licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies in backups and caches that expire in the normal course.
You confirm you have the rights to everything you publish, and that it doesn't break these terms or anyone else's rights.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Everylink to publish or link to:
- anything illegal, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
- malware, phishing, scams or deceptive redirects;
- harassment, threats, hate or content sexualising minors;
- impersonation of another person or brand.
Also don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service or its API, or access other people's accounts or data. We automatically check links against known-unsafe URL lists and may hide or remove content that violates these rules.
Reporting abuse: every public profile has a “Report” link in its footer. You can also email support@everyl.ink with the profile address and what's wrong. We review reports and act where appropriate.
6. Agency access
A profile owner can give an agency access to their profile by adding the agency's email address under the profile's Settings → Team access. The agency needs the agency add-on. Depending on the level the owner chooses, the agency can view and edit the profile's content, or also manage its settings and take over paying for it; it cannot delete the profile. The owner can change the level or remove access at any time; when access is removed, billing for that profile goes back to the owner. Owners are responsible for who they grant access to, and agencies must only act within the access they've been given.
7. API and agents
Everything you can do in the dashboard you can do through our API (documented at the API docs), including with AI agents using an API key you create. API access acts as your account: actions taken with your keys are your actions under these terms. Keep keys secret, give them only the scopes they need, and revoke any you no longer use. We may rate-limit or block API use that harms the service.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Everylink at any time: cancel your subscription, or permanently delete your account from Account settings (see our Privacy Policy for what that removes). We may suspend or close an account, or unpublish a profile, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if payment stays overdue, or if we're legally required to. Where reasonable we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
9. Disclaimers and liability
We work hard to keep Everylink fast and available, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not responsible for third-party sites you or others link to.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, email account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use Everylink after that means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes go to the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, unless consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
